Steel Skirting Vent Cover

These decorative metal vent covers were designed to be inserted into the stone skirting of a summerhouse and spa room. The steel is powder-coated in black to give a contrast to the pale stone and are backed with a brass mesh that adds an extra depth to the design and a practical nature of stopping insects entering the vent. An otherwise mundane detail is instead celebrated as an opportunity to add interest and decoration within the building.
